Dazi Signature

Have been to HCM a few times but I was never satisfied with the previous hotel. Finally I managed to book this hotel and I will definitely book the same hotel again for my next trip. I would like to personally thank especially Tien and Phuoc who has been helping us so much even before our trip. Thank you for helping us to translate the Vietnamese documents into English. Thank you for the free upgrade to suite and letting us know before our arrival. No words is enough to thank the team including Susan and Manh for the best service rendered until we check out from the hotel. And the guard who helps us with our luggage. Excellent service, excellent communication skills and helping us to book a Grab whenever we needed it. And not forgetting to get us our big bowl of porridge as we were so so hungry after coming back from Westlife concert. Thank you once again ❤️

Our stay at Dazi Signature was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and valued. From the moment we arrived, the team’s politeness and promptness stood out. They were incredibly accommodating and showed genuine care when my fiancé injured his leg during our stay. Their kindness and empathy truly made a challenging situation much more manageable. The flexibility they offered with a complimentary late check-out was a thoughtful gesture that allowed us some extra rest and comfort, especially since we couldn’t spend our last day exploring before heading to the airport. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared about our well-being, and this left a lasting impression on us. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard and was both spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the security guards on duty during our four-night stay. They were exceptionally helpful and attentive, going out of their way to assist my fiancé whenever they saw him struggling to walk. Their proactive support did not go unnoticed and made our experience all the more positive. Overall, we have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. The exceptional service, combined with the warm and caring attitude of the staff, made this an unforgettable experience. We are deeply grateful to everyone at Dazi Signature and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

The staff was amazing - I remember only one name at reception, girl named Chang was always extremely nice. They were ALL very nice and helpful even if I didn't get all their names. If there was a problem, they immediately took care of it. My room came with a light dinner - rice porridge which was really delicious and the man who delivered it was also very kind. I tried both the blue Neon room and the Japan room. The showers in both rooms were very comfortable and had great water pressure. The Neon room was spacious and very warm and welcoming, but without a window, so I felt claustrophobic and sleepy and asked for a room with a window so got moved to the Japan room which apparently is always in high demand and not always available. The Japan room had a great window with a view to the main street, but the room itself got too small for my 4-night stay. The bathroom in the Japan room is only separated with curtains. The rooms have Netflix which is great but addictive time-waster so don't turn that TV on! The TVs do have great resolutions though. The AC in both rooms were adequate and strong. Both rooms had very, very comfortable and large beds with lots of pillows. Booking should provide a note that a room being booked would be windowless. I was lucky they had the Japan room available because apparently that is the only room in the category which does have a window.

Beautiful themed room. Room is full of modern technology eg wireless charging stand. Good location with food and cafes nearby.

The hotel is extremely clean and smells fresh all the time. It's in a great location with literally everything you need within walking distance. The staff is amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Beds comfortable, bathroom is great
